Where is the Wise Old Owl When I Need Him?

Will someone please tell me how to tweet on Twitter? I signed up, posted a couple of useless tweets and haven't been able to utter a peep since. I can operate a multi-million dollars business and manage a staff of 120 people but can't chirp a few little words about my aching feet? What's up with this? ARRRRRRRGGGGG!
